Tarmac Technologies is a start-up, incubated at Station F, Paris. Their project consists of a work management solution to improve aircraft trunaround on the tarmac and thus reduce the number of airline delays. Their project takes into account different ground agents, station managers and the dispatchers, so it must correspond to the needs of each one. They are already achieving very good results in California. Step by step, I accompanied the start up at different times. First, the UX design, with the analysis of the different profiles involved on the tarmac for a better understanding of the problems on the ground. This led to a first rough draft of the application. The Visual Identity followed, linking earth and sky.
